KABOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know I have been neglecting the work needed to get the photos from KABOOM up but here are a few. Thanks again to Gary and Barbara of 'Infinity' for hosting this wonderful yearly event...and to all there; great time again huh?...thank you.

I also had the opportunity to discover the joys of being way the hell up in the air at the top of a rig.

We had another beer can last night. It was wet because of the rain but this time we had alot of wind and did very well for ourselves. There was a crash and burn on another boat which ended with the boat jamming its spin. pole into the concrete breakwater. Noone was hurt thankfully and the boat needs minor repair. No photos due to excessive moisture.

The other day we took the boat over to Berkeley for a photo shoot. Berkeley Marine Center will be using one of the photos taken for an upcoming ad. We get to have some nice photos of the boat. Here we are coming downwind into Berkeley with the Golden Gate in the backround.

Another Saturday...another great sail....

upwind with the east bay in the backround

this is our not yet named pet duck (for now "f%#@ the duck"). you really have to see it jumping waves, surfing down others, and generally having the time of its little inanimate life (or lack there of).

...isn't she loveley?

...what the?...

We went out for a refreshing sail last night....took the last boat to frumpville...met us at the dock and all that....didn't need no ticket 'cause we made a reservation and all that...

"frumpy"

The very first "beer-can" race of the season found only four people (a record) on the Light'n-up all dressed up ready for the rain and a stormy fast ride. The wind never picked up very much at all and racing against much larger and faster boats all we really managed to do was hold our own and get three sails very wet....(they are still spead out below deck right now drying) it was a good time though and we did win a bottle of wine.

it was all Tiffany's fault because she said "I like sailing...I go sailing....even if it's raining for wednesday I still will go sailing because I can take it too!".....or something like that....much to her credit though she did as you can see here.

I like sailing in the rain...I like the sunshine alot more but really I don't mind the rain (all that much).
